No appointment is strictly necessary for general walk-in inquiries. You are welcome to visit our center anytime during our standard operational hours—Sunday through Friday, from 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM—for a free career counseling session regarding our caregiver and nursing skills tracks. However, if you are a family looking to conduct an in-depth clinical assessment to hire home caregiver services, we highly recommend calling ahead at +977 9702046321 so our clinical supervisor can block out dedicated time for you.

To make your enrollment process smooth and immediate, we recommend bringing a few basic pieces of documentation. Please carry: (1) Copies of your latest academic transcripts or certificates (such as a Class 8, SEE, or +2 pass), (2) A clear copy of your Nepalese Citizenship Certificate or Passport, and (3) Two recent passport-sized photographs. If you are an experienced nurse or ANM enrolling directly into our Nursing Skills Level up program, please also bring a copy of your nursing council registration certificate.

This evaluation looks at the patient’s mobility, cognitive status, and specific clinical needs (like tube feeding or wound care) so we can match your family with the perfect, background-verified graduate from our pool.

Yes, we offer full digital booking and payment flexibility for our trainees. If you cannot visit our Adwait Marg office in person, our support desk can guide you through our online registration portal. We accept direct bank transfers, eSewa, and Khalti payments for all training paths, including our Practical Caregiver and CTEVT 390 Hours courses. Once your payment is processed, your seat is secured, and a digital receipt will be instantly generated for your records.
